| ［摘要］ 目的 分析继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进（SHPT）术后出血的临床特征及处理预防措施。方法 该院2014-08～2017-08接受手术治疗SHPT患者100例，对其中6例发生术后出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 6例患者中2例为皮瓣出血，2例为颈前静脉出血，2例为颈前肌肉出血。6例患者均给予相应的处理措施，均未出现窒息等严重后果，治愈后出院。结论 围手术期积极处理所有可能导致术后出血的原因，在手术过程中仔细操作并在关闭切口前彻底的止血，是避免术后出血的关键。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and preventive measures of postoperative hemorrhage of secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT). Methods One hundred SHPT patients were performed operation in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2017, among whom 6 cases had postoperative bleeding and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 6 cases, 2 cases had skin flap bleeding, 2 cases had anterior cervical vein hemorrhage and 2 cases had anterior cervical muscle bleeding. The 6 cases were given corresponding treatment measures. No severe consequences such as asphyxia occurred and they were cured and discharged. Conclusion Dealing with all the causes of perioperative bleeding and operating on the patients carefully during the operation and completing hemostasis before closing the incision are the key points to avoid bleeding after operation. |
