[摘要] Ⅱ型固有免疫细胞(ILC2)受刺激后可产生Th2型细胞因子,促进变应性鼻炎(AR)迟发相反应。miR-155在免疫系统的发育、免疫细胞的成熟分化以及维持免疫功能中都发挥至关重要的作用。GATA结合蛋白3(GATA3)是能够促进ILC2发育成熟的转录因子,而在肿瘤研究中,GATA3是miR-155的靶基因。该文对参与AR鼻黏膜中的ILC2转录因子GATA3及可干扰其表达的miR-155作一综述。 |

[Abstract] Type Ⅱ innate lymphoid cells(ILC2) are stimulated to produce T-helper lymphocyte type 2(Th2) cytokines, which promote late phase reaction in allergic rhinitis(AR). Micro ribonucleic acid-155(microRNA-155, miR-155) plays a crucial role in the development of the immune system, the maturation and differentiation of immune cells and the maintenance of immune function. GATA binding protein 3(GATA3) is a transcription factor that can promote the development and maturation of ILC2, and in tumor research, GATA3 is the target gene of miR-155. In this paper, we mainly review the transcription factor GATA3 of ILC2 which is involved in AR in nasal mucosa and miR-155 which can interfere with GATA3 expression. |
