| ［摘要］ 目的 分析腹腔镜下胆囊管V切成型治疗Ⅱ型Mirizzi综合征的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2019年1月至2022年1月泰州市人民医院肝胆外科收治的6例Ⅱ型Mirizzi综合征患者的临床资料，对其诊断方法、手术方式及远近期疗效进行分析。结果 6例患者均成功施行腹腔镜下胆囊管V切成型，修补胆道缺损，T管支撑减压。术中胆道镜探查未发现胆道损伤，术后无胆漏，随诊至今无结石复发、滋生小胆囊及胆道狭窄。结论 腹腔镜下胆囊管V切开成型治疗Ⅱ型Mirizzi综合征效果良好。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To analyse the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic cystic duct V cutting and molding in treatment of type Ⅱ Mirizzi syndrome. Methods The clinical data of 6 patients with type Ⅱ Mirizzi syndrome who were admitted to the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of Taizhou People′s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were retrospectively analyzed, and the diagnostic methods, the surgical methods, and the short- and long-term treatment effects of the patients were analyzed. Results All the 6 patients were successfully treated with laparoscopic cystic duct V cutting and molding to repair the biliary duct defects, and decompressed by the support of T tube. After intraoperative biliary endoscopic exploration, there were no biliary tract injury, no postoperative biliary leakage, no recurrence of stones, no occurrence of small gallbladder and no biliary tract stenosis up to now. Conclusion Laparoscopic cystic duct V cutting and molding has a good therapeutic effect on type Ⅱ Mirizzi syndrome. |
