摘要:
［摘要］　肌筋膜炎是骨骼肌系统的无菌性炎症，常以激痛点、痛性结节、紧张肌带为主要临床表现。现代医学治疗方面有口服或外用非甾体类抗炎药、物理疗法等方法，但症状容易反复，影响患者生活质量及工作效率。近年来，中医药对肌筋膜炎进行治疗，疗效不一。该文对中医外治法治疗肌筋膜炎的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:
［Abstract］　Myofascitis is an aseptic inflammation of the skeletal muscle system, often characterized by myofascial trigger points, painful tubercles and tense muscle bands in clinic. The common methods of treating myofascitis in modern medicine include oral or topical use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, physical therapy and so on, but the symptoms of myofascitis are prone to recurrence, affecting the quality of life and work efficiency of the patients. In recent years, Traditional Chinese Medicine has been used to treat myofascitis with varying therapeutic effects. This paper reviews the research progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine external treatment in myofascitis.
