| ［摘要］ 慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）是一种常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病，严重影响患者的生活质量。该文探讨COPD的早期干预策略，包括对高危人群进行问卷筛查及肺功能检查等筛查工具的应用。文章介绍了COPD的诊断标准及其最新评估进展，并强调治疗关口前移的重要性，特别是对具有可治疗特征的人群进行精准识别和早期治疗，提出应提高全民对COPD的认识，通过基层普及推动COPD早筛。这些措施有助于实现COPD的早发现、早诊断和早治疗，对提高COPD综合防治，减轻患者疾病负担和改善不良预后具有重要意义。 |

| ［Abstract］ Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) is a common chronic respiratory disease, which seriously affects the patients′ quality of life. This paper explores early intervention strategies for COPD, including questionnaire screening and use of pulmonary function test as screening tools for high-risk populations. In this paper, the diagnostic criteria for COPD and the latest progress in their evaluation are presented, and the importance of moving the treatment forward is emphasized, especially for accurate identification and early treatment of the populations with treatable traits. Furthermore, this paper proposes to raise public awareness of COPD and promote early screening through grassroots education and the effort of primary healthcare institutions. These measures are helpful for achieving early detection, diagnosis and treatment of COPD, and are of great significance for improving the comprehensive prevention and treatment of COPD, reducing the patients′ disease burden and improving their poor prognosis. |
