[摘要] 脓毒症心肌病是脓毒症引起的可逆性心肌损伤,是一种非缺血性急性心功能障碍,可显著增加脓毒症患者的病死率。β1受体阻滞剂具有抗应激、抗氧化、调节免疫和抑制细胞死亡及保护心肌的作用。该文对β1受体阻滞剂防治脓毒症心肌病作用的研究进展作一综述。 |

[Abstract] Sepsis-induced cardiomyopathy(SIC) is a reversible myocardial injury caused by sepsis. It is a non-ischemic acute cardiac dysfunction that can significantly increase the mortality rate of sepsis patients, and β1-receptor blockers have anti-stress, anti-oxidation, immune regulation and cell death inhibition effects, and have potential protective effects on myocardia. This paper reviews the research progress in the effect of β1-receptor blockers on prevention and treatment of SIC. |
