| 【】 目的 探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效。方法 选取2016年1月至2016年8月在我院诊治的100例AECOPD患者,采用SPSS16.0软件生成随机数字表分为观察组和对照组各50例,两组均给予抗感染、祛痰、吸氧、支气管扩张剂等基础治疗,观察组同时给予布地奈德进行雾化吸入治疗,对比两组患者的肺功能、血气指标、临床症状缓解情况。结果 治疗后,观察组患者的FEV1%pred、FEV1/FVC测定值均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的血清IL-8、IL-6、IL-32、TNF-α测定值均低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的PaO2、pH值测定值均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的咳嗽、咳痰、肺部听诊评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 布地奈德雾化吸入治疗AECOPD能进一步缓解患者的临床症状、改善其肺功能及血气水平。 |

| 【】Objective To investigate the budesonide inhalation in treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) clinical curative effect. Methods From January 2016 to August 2016 in 100 patients with AECOPD in our hospital, generation were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 50 cases using SPSS16.0 software, the two groups were given anti infection, oxygen, expectorant and bronchodilator therapy, the observation group were given budesonide inhalation therapy, clinical symptoms pulmonary function, blood gas index, compared two groups of patients with remission. Results After treatment, the observation group of patients with FEV1%pred and FEV1/FVC values were higher than the control group (P<0.05), the observation group of patients with serum IL-8, IL-6, IL-32, TNF- alpha values were lower than the control group (P<0.05), the observation group of patients with PaO2, the values of pH were higher than the control group (P<0.05), group of patients cough, sputum, lung auscultation scores in the observation were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Effect of budesonide inhalation in treatment of patients with AECOPD can further relieve clinical symptoms, improve lung function and blood gas levels. |
