| 背景：节细胞胶质瘤为一种良性肿瘤，通常被定为WHO1级或2级，发病率较低，节细胞胶质瘤中的胶质成份在放疗后恶变为胶质母细胞瘤为众所周知的现象，偶见未经放疗即出现恶变的病例；但节细胞胶质瘤与胶质母细胞瘤分为两个单独的病灶出现在大脑中却罕有报道，本文报告一例节细胞胶质瘤和胶质母细胞瘤作为两个单独的病变出现在同一侧大脑的病例。病例描述：一56岁男性患者因出现头晕伴右侧肢体乏力2月余入院，MRI显示左侧额叶及大脑镰旁见两占位性病变；术后病理显示左侧额叶为神经节细胞胶质瘤，左大脑镰旁位胶质母细胞瘤；结论：我们在此报道了一例罕见的病例，神经节细胞胶质瘤和胶质母细胞瘤同时出现于患者同侧大脑的不同部位，一些分子学联系可能导致了两个肿瘤的同时发病。 |

| Background:Ganglioglioma(GG) is an indolent benign tumor with low morbidity,which is usually corresponding to World Health Organization(WHO) grade I or II.It is well known that glial components in the GG are malignant changing to glioblastoma multiforme(GBM) after radiotherapy.However,GG and GBM as two separate lesions in the brain simultaneous onset are rarely reported.Here we report a case of GG and GBM appearing on the same side of the brain as two separate lesions with no radiotherapy history.Case Description:A 56 year old male patient was hospitalized due to dizziness and fatigue on the right side over 2 months.Imaging examination revealed there are two mass lesions separately located on the left frontal lobe and mediastinum cerebri side.Finally,Postoperative pathological examination revealed the two lesions are GG and GBM.Conclusion:we report a rare case of GG and GBM appearing simultaneously in the ipsilateral brain.Some molecular connections may lead to simultaneous occurrence of this two tumors. |
