| 目的 探讨术前平均血小板体积(mean platelet volume ,MPV) 与早期直肠癌复发的关系。方法 选择行外科手术治疗的早期直肠癌患者50例,分为无复发组和复发组,搜集患者围手术期临床资料。并进行两组相关资料进行统计分析。结果 MPV水平复发组(12.46±1.95 )fL高于对照组(9.85±1.34)fL ,差异有统计学意义( P＜0. 05) ；Logistic回归分析显示MPV(OR=3.726,95%CI=1.216-11.413),CA19-9(OR=0.010,95%CI=0.000-0.449)是早期直肠癌术后复发的独立危险因素。结论 平均血小板体积与早期直肠癌有相关性,平均血小板体积可能用于早期直肠癌的预后监测。 |

| Objective To investigate the relationship of preoperative mean platelet volume (MPV)with early rectal carcinoma recurrence. Method The study was consisted of 50patients with a diagnosis of early rectal carcinoma with recurrence group and recurrence-free group,analyzing pro-operative group and normal group ,collecting perioperative clinical data of the patients ,as well as analyzing two groups .Result The level of MPV recurrence group is higher than the counterpart in recurrence-free group (P＜0.05)It show that two result of analyzing is statistical significant. Using Logistic regression models revealed that MPV significantly associated with recurrence and metastasis and MPV(OR=3.726,95%CI=1.216-11.413),CA19-9(OR=0.010,95%CI=0.000-0.449) Conclusion the mean platelet volume is associated with rectal carcinoma,and Mean platelet volume may be used for prognostic monitoring of early rectal carcinoma. |
