| 骨性III类错畸形在临床中较为常见,具有下颌相对前突而呈现面中1/3凹陷的特征,除了对咀嚼、语言、呼吸以及其他生理功能的影响,颜面部美观的影响往往伴随着严重的社会心理问题,临床就诊率较高。上气道又称为人类的“生命腔隙”,是否通畅将影响正常的呼吸与睡眠。骨性III类错畸形患者在进行口腔正畸治疗的过程中其上气道易受多种因素的影响而发生不同的变化。因此,了解骨性III类错畸形的上气道特征以及探究不同治疗方法对其上气道所产生的影响至关重要,本文将就此进行简要综述。 |

| The skeletal class III malocclusion is common in clinical cases,has the characteristics that the mandible is relatively anterior and the midface 1/3 depression. In addition to the effects on chewing, language, breathing and other physiological functions, the effects to facial beauty is often accompanied with serious psychosocial problems, the rate of clinical consultation rate is high.The upper airway space is also called the "life cavity" of human beings, and ,blocked or unblocked will affect normal breathing and sleep. Patients with skeletal class III malocclusion have different changes in the upper airway which is susceptible to many factors during the orthodontic treatment.Therefore, it is important to understand the upper airway characteristics of skeletal class III malocclusion and to explore the effects of different treatments on the upper airway,this article will briefly review this. |
