microRNA与肿瘤转移调控机制的研究进展

摘要:
MicroRNA(miRNAs)是一类具有调控功能的非编码小RNA分子,通过调控下游靶基因的转录和翻译,在肿瘤发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。转移是恶性肿瘤的基本特征和重要标志,也是癌症患者治疗失败或死亡的首要原因。研究表明,miRNAs参与恶性肿瘤侵袭及转移生物学行为中的多个重要环节。阐明肿瘤转移相关miRNAs的转移调控机制,将为我们认识肿瘤发生发展提供新视角,给癌症的诊断和治疗带来新突破。

Abstract:
MicroRNA (miRNAs) is a kind of non-coding small RNA molecule with regulatory function. It plays an important role in tumorigenesis and development by regulating the transcription and translation of downstream target genes. Metastasis is the basic characteristics and important signs of malignant tumors, and also the primary cause of treatment failure or death of cancer patients. ResearchSsuggestsSthat miRNAs play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors. To elucidate the regulation mechanism of tumor metastasis-related miRNAs will provide a new perspective for us to understand the occurrence and development of cancer and bring new breakthroughs in the diagnosis and treatment.
