滤泡性淋巴瘤合并脾梗死一例

摘要:
滤泡性淋巴瘤(follicular lymphoma，FL)是来源于滤泡生发中心B细胞的惰性非霍奇金淋巴瘤(non-Hodgkin's lymphoma，NHL)，仅次于弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B-cell lymphoma，DLBCL)，大约占新诊断NHL的22%。FL临床多以无痛性浅表淋巴结肿大为主要表现，但合并脾梗死，国内及国外文献报道很少。本文报道1例FL合并脾梗死，并结合文献进行总结和分析，以提高临床诊治的水平。

Abstract:
Follicular lymphoma (FL) is a non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) derived from the bulbous germinal center B cells, second only to diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), accounts for approximately 22% of newly diagnosed NHL. FL clinically mostly characterized by painless superficial lymphadenopathy, but with spleen infarction, few reports in domestic and foreign literature. This article reports a case of FL with spleen infarction, combined with literature to summarize and analyze to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
