| 脑面部血管瘤(Sturge—Weber syndrome),是一种临床上非常罕见先天性疾病,属于神经-皮肤综合征的一种,临床特点为以神经系统为主要表现的症候群(抽搐,偏瘫,智力低下),外观上可见面部的血管痣,部分患者伴血管痣同侧的青光眼。该病治疗目前对症处理为主,暂没有针对性治疗。S如果有难治性癫痫的患者药物难控制的,可以考虑手术切除病灶。我院(上海市松江区中心医院)2008年收治一例体征为左头面部大片状分布血管痣,右侧肌力肌张力低下的脑血管瘤病患者。 |

| Cerebral and facial hemangioma (Sturge-Weber syndrome) is a rare congenital disease in clinic. Its clinical features are mainly neurological symptoms (convulsions, hemiplegia, mental retardation), facial vascular nevus accompanied by glaucoma on the same side with vascular nevus. At present, the treatment of this disease is mainly symptomatic, but there is no targeted treatment. If the drug is difficult to control in patients with refractory epilepsy, surgery may be considered to remove the focus. The extent and scope of the disease are different. In 2008, our hospital (Shanghai Songjiang District Central Hospital) treated a patient with cerebrovascular aneurysm whose signs are large patches of vascular nevus on the left head and face and low muscle tone on the right side. |
