| 目的：通过制定援外白内障手术操作流程和风险防范措施,降低术后感染性眼内炎的发生。方法：根据柬埔寨磅湛省当地实际情况及白内障手术的工作流程,通过分析术前、术后有可能发生感染性眼内炎的主要因素,制定出相应的风险防范流程和措施,以降低感染性眼内炎的发生率。结果：赴柬埔寨磅湛省共开展白内障复明手术1817例,所有手术均顺利完成,术后无一例感染性眼内炎发生。结论：规范援外白内障手术操作流程,加强风险防范措施,能有效降低术后感染性眼内炎的发生,是确保手术安全顺利完成的重要保障。 |

| Objective: to reduce the incidence of infectious endophthalmitis after cataract surgery by formulating the procedure and risk prevention measures. Methods: according to the actual situation in kampong cham province of Cambodia and the working process of cataract surgery, the risk prevention procedures and measures were developed to reduce the incidence of infectious endophthalmitis by analyzing the main factors that might cause infectious endophthalmitis before and after surgery. Results: a total of 1817 cataract surgeries were performed in kampong cham province, Cambodia. Conclusion: standardizing the operation process of cataract surgery in foreign aid and strengthening risk prevention measures can effectively reduce the incidence of infectious endophthalmitis after surgery, which is an important guarantee for the safe and smooth completion of surgery. |
