| 继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进是慢性肾脏病透析患者的常见并发症之一,随着透析方式及技术的提高,患者的人均寿命大幅度延长,透析期间继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的发病率逐渐增加。一部分难治性继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者需要手术治疗。大部分临床医生只关注患者术后出血、感染、喉返神经损伤、电解质紊乱、“骨饥饿综合征”等并发症,对于术后发生心血管事件、心律失常、短暂性甲状腺毒症等并发症的关注较少,本文将主要介绍继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者甲状旁腺切除术后相关并发症的研究进展。 |

| Secondary hyperparathyroidism is one of the common complications of dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease. With the improvement of dialysis methods and techniques, the life expectancy of patients has been greatly extended. The incidence of secondary hyperparathyroidism during dialysis is gradually increasing. Some patients with refractory secondary hyperparathyroidism need surgery. Most clinicians only pay attention to complications such as postoperative bleeding, infection, recurrent laryngeal nerve injury, electrolyte imbalance, and "hungry bone syndrome", and pay less attention to postoperative cardiovascular events, arrhythmia, and transient thyrotoxicosis. This article will focus on the complications associated with parathyroidectomy in patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism. |
