| 目的 观察肌内效贴结合淋巴引流术对脑卒中后肩手综合征患者的疗效,为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法 选择2018年4月至2019年7月在我科治疗的肩手综合征患者57例,按照随机数表法分为对照组(27例)和治疗组(30例)。对照组在常规康复训练的基础上给予徒手淋巴引流手法治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予肌内效贴扎治疗,两组患者均以5天为1个疗程,持续治疗4个疗程。治疗前和治疗4疗程后评估患者VAS评分、双手体积差和FMA-UE评分。结果 治疗后两组患者的VAS、双手体积差均低于治疗前,FMA-UE评分高于治疗前,比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗后治疗组的VAS、双手体积差均低于对照组,FMA-UE评分高于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 肌内效贴结合淋巴引流术可以改善脑卒中后肩手综合征患者的肿胀及疼痛症状,加强患者上肢功能,值得在临床中应用。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of kinesiology taping combined with lymphatic drainage on patients with post-stroke shoulder-shoulder syndrome, and provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods A total of 57 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome who were treated in our department from April 2018 to July 2019 were enrolled. The patients were divided into control group (27 cases) and treatment group (30 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was given freehand lymphatic drainage on the basis of routine rehabilitation training. The treatment group was given kinesiology taping banding on the basis of the control group. Both groups received 5 courses for 1 course and 4 courses for continuous treatment. Patients were assessed for VAS score, hand volume difference, and FMA-UE score before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the difference of VAS and hands volume between the two groups was lower than that before treatment. The FMA-UE score was higher than that before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS and hands difference in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the FMA-UE score was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Kinesiology taping combined with lymphatic drainage can improve the swelling and pain symptoms of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke, and strengthen the upper limb function of patients, which is worthy of clinical application. |
