| [摘要] 目的 探讨分析血小板输注疗效的影响因素。方法 观察84例血小板输注治疗患者，共363次血小板输注的治疗效果，运用血小板校正血小板增加值（CCI）和血小板恢复率（PPR）作为量化判断标准，并结合患者的临床出血表现，综合分析患者各项临床基本情况对血小板输注效果的影响。结果 多因素Logistic回归分析发现，细菌培养阳性、脾大、输血不良反应及活动性出血为血小板输注无效的危险因素（P＜0.05）；经χ2检验分析，血培养和中段尿培养阳性患者血小板输注无效率高于阴性患者，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 血小板输注无效的影响因素为细菌培养阳性、脾大、输血不良反应及活动性出血。 |

| [Abstract] Objective This study is to discuss and analyze the factors resulting in inefficacy transfusion of platelet. Methods To comprehensive analyze the effect of the basic clinical feature. We observe the therapeutic effect of 363 times of platelet infusion in 84 patients treated with platelet infusion, using platelet correction count added value (CCI) and actual platelet recovery (PPR) as the quantitative judgment criteria, and combining with the clinical bleeding performance of the patients. Result Through multivariate logistic regression analysis, risk factors of inefficacy platelet transfusion are containing splenomegaly, adverse reaction of blood transfusion, active bleeding and positive result of bacterial culture. Throughχ2 analysis, the percentage of inefficacy platelet transfusion with the positive result of blood culture and midstream urine culture is much higher than of negative result and having significant correlation (P<0.005). Conclusion The influence factor of inefficacy platelet transfusion is splenomegaly, adverse reaction of blood transfusion, active bleeding and positive result of bacterial culture. |
