药学干预在中药注射剂合理使用中的效果分析

摘要:
目的 探讨药学干预在中药注射剂合理使用中的效果。方法 将2019-01～2019-12该院需要中药注射剂治疗的160例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各80例,对照组给予常规中药注射剂治疗,观察组在常规中药注射剂治疗的基础上增加药学干预。比较两组用药合理性及住院费用、中药注射剂费用、用药频度(DDDs)和不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组配伍禁忌、联合用药、药物疗程、药物用法用量及药物适应症合理性显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组住院费用、中药注射剂费用及DDDs均明显少于或低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 药学干预能够提高中药注射剂合理使用率,减低治疗费用,提高用药安全性,值得临床推广。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of pharmaceutical intervention in the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injection. Methods From January 2019 to December 2019, 160 patients who need traditional Chinese medicine injection in the hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 80 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine injection, and the observation group increased pharmaceutical intervention on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine injection. The rationality of drug use, hospitalization cost, traditional Chinese medicine injection cost, DDDs and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result There were significant differences between the two groups (P < 0.05). The cost of hospitalization, traditional Chinese medicine injection and DDDs in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Pharmaceutical intervention can improve the rational use rate of traditional Chinese medicine injection, reduce the cost of treatment, and improve the safety of drug use, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
