| 目的 观察超声引导下富血小板血浆注射治疗带状疱疹性神经痛的临床疗效。方法 将2019年10月至2020年4月广西医科大学第二附属医院疼痛科就诊的36例带状疱疹性神经痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组18例。对照组予常规抗病毒及口服加巴喷丁治疗,观察组在此基础上采用超声引导下富血小板血浆注射靶神经治疗。采用数字评分量表评价疼痛程度及临床疗效,并记录两组治疗过程中出现的不良反应的情况及类型。结果 两组治疗后NRS评分和疼痛范围均呈下降趋势,各时点与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组治疗后各时点NRS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,两组均未见严重不良反应。结论 在超声引导下富血小板血浆注射治疗带状疱疹性神经痛与传统单纯药物治疗比较,具有镇痛效果好,副作用少的优点,为带状疱疹性神经痛的治疗提供了新思路。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided platelet-rich plasma injection in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia. Methods 36 patients with herpes zoster neuralgia treated in the pain Department of The Second Affiliated Hospital Of Guangxi Medical University from October 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 18) and control group (n = 18). The control group was treated with routine antiviral therapy and oral gabapentin treatment, while the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided platelet-rich plasma injection of target nerve. The degree of pain and clinical efficacy were evaluated by digital score scale, and the adverse reactions and types of adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded. Results The NRS score and pain range of the two groups showed a downward trend after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant at each time point compared with before treatment (P<0.05); the NRS score of the observation group was lower than the control group at each time point after treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Compared with traditional drug therapy, ultrasound-guided platelet-rich plasma injection in the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia has the advantages of better analgesic effect and less side effects, which provides a new idea for the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia. |
