伴平滑肌分化的胃肠间质瘤病理特征研究

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨伴平滑肌分化的胃肠间质瘤（Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors GISTs）的临床病理特征。方法 采用免疫组化S-P法检测H-caldesmon、Desmin及SMMHC三个标记物在胃肠间质瘤中的表达情况。结果 H-caldesmon、Desmin、SMMHC在GIST中均有不同程度的表达，其中H-caldesmon阳性率最高，为46.1%（30/65），阳性表达率最低的是SMMHC为 9.2%（6/65），Desmin阳性率为10.7%（7/65）。结论 伴平滑肌方向分化的GIST更多见于核分裂指数低、危险分级低、肿瘤较小的病例中，提示伴有平滑肌方向分化的GIST可能有较好的预后。

Pathological characteristics of gastrointestinal stromal tumor with smooth muscle differentiation

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics of gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) with smooth muscle differentiation. Method The Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of H-caldesmon, Desmin and SMMHC in gastrointestinal stromal tumors. Results H-caldesmon, Desmin and SMMHC were expressed in different degrees in GIST. Among them, H-caldesmon showed the highest positive rate of 46.1% (30/65), and the lowest positive rate of 9.2% (6/65), the positive rate of Desmin was 10.7% (7/65). Conclusion GIST with smooth muscle differentiation is more common in patients with low mitotic index, low risk grade and smaller tumor size, suggesting that GIST with smooth muscle differentiation may have a good prognosis.
