| 目的：探讨特应性皮炎(AD)患者的舌象图像特征与中医证型的相关性。方法：选取130例特应性皮炎患者为观察组，同期体检的40例人员为健康对照组，将观察组按中医证候辨证标准分为血虚风燥组36例、湿热内蕴组45例、脾虚湿盛组49例，分析统计特应性皮炎患者不同证候下舌诊参数的差异性。结果：观察组与健康对照组相比R分量值较小，差异显著（P<0.01）；G、B分量差异不显著；湿热内蕴组H值比健康对照组高且差异显著（P<0.05）。观察组组间比较，R、B分量组间均有显著差异，血虚风燥组R、B分量均高于其他两组，显著差异（P<0.05）；三组间G分量均无显著差异；三组间H值差异显著（P<0.01）。结论：血虚风燥型患者舌质颜色与正常人以及其他证型患者相比差异显著,舌诊图像参数中的RGB值及HSI值是AD辩证分型的相对客观有效的诊断指标，有一定的临床意义。 |

| Objective To investigate the correlation between the characteristics of tongue image and TCM Syndrome Types in patients with atopic dermatitis (AD).Methods 130 patients with atopic dermatitis were selected as the observation group,40 cases of physical examination in the same period were selected as healthy control group，The observation group was divided into blood-defificient wind-drying type(n=36), dampness-heat accumulation type (n=45)and spleen-defificient dampness-storage type (n=49)，analyzing the differences of tongue diagnosis parameters in patients with atopic dermatitis under different syndromes.Results The R component value of the observation group was smaller than that of the healthy control group (P < 0.01),There were no significant difference in B and G component value The H value of dampness-heat accumulation group was higher than that of healthy control group (P < 0.05);the R and B components of the blood-defificient wind-drying group were higher than those of the other two observation groups (P < 0.05);there was no significant difference in G component among the three groups;there was significant difference in H value among the three groups (P < 0.01).Conclusion The tongue color of the patients with blood-defificient wind-drying type was significantly different from that of the normal people and other syndrome types, the RGB value and HSI value of tongue diagnosis image are relatively objective and effective diagnostic indicators of AD dialectical classification, which has certain clinical significance. |
