| 摘要: |
| 目的：观察感觉神经定量检测仪在神经根型颈椎病临床疗效中应用；方法：将120例神经根型颈椎病患者按照随机数字表法分成两组，每组60利，治疗组实际完成55例，对照组实际完成53例。分别在治疗前和治疗后应用感觉神经定量检测仪测量患侧上肢的CPT值；结果：两组患者治疗前C6、C7、C8患侧神经根CTP值比较2000Hz、250Hz、5Hz均无统计学差异，治疗后两组比较均有统计学差异，其中治疗组均优于对照组；结论：应用感觉神经定量检测仪能够很好的评估神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。 |

| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of sensory nerve quantitative detector in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy；Methods: According to the random number table method, 120 patients were divided into two groups, 60 in each group. 55 cases in the treatment group and 53 cases in the control group were completed.The CPT value of the affected upper limb was measured by quantitative sensory testing before and after treatment.Result: The CTP values of C6, C7 and C8 affected nerve roots of the two groups before treatment showed no statistical difference at 2000Hz, 250Hz and 5Hz. After treatment, there were statistical differences between the two groups, and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The application of sensory nerve quantitative detector can well evaluate the clinical efficacy of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. |
