【摘要】目的 探讨中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)和纤维蛋白原(FIB)联合检测对胃癌的诊断价值。方法 选取2019年06月至2022年3月期间在我院收治的胃癌患者116例为胃癌组,选取同期在我院查体的健康人群82例为健康对照组,比较两组NLR、FIB水平,应用ROC曲线分析各指标对胃癌的诊断价值。结果 胃癌组的NLR、FIB水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.001),差异有统计学意义。ROC曲线结果显示,NLR、FIB以及两者联合诊断胃癌的AUC分别为0.692、0.650和0.738;两者联合诊断的敏感度为69.80%,高于各自单项诊断的敏感度(66.40%和43.10%)。结论 NLR、FIB对胃癌的诊断具有一定价值,两者联合检测可提高胃癌的诊断效能,有助于提高胃癌的早期筛查率。 |

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and fibrinogen (FIB) in gastric cancer.Methods 116 patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital between June 2019 and March 2022 were selected as the gastric cancer group, and 82 healthy people who were examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. To examine the levels of NLR and FIB of the two groups. ROC curve was used to further analyze and compare the diagnostic value of NLR and FIB alone or in combination. Results The levels of NLR and FIB in gastric cancer group were higher than those in healthy control group(P<0.001), and the differences were statistically significant. ROC curve analysis showed that AUC of NLR, FIB, combination of the two indicators for the diagnosis of gastric cancer were 0.692、0.650 and 0.738, respectively. The sensitivity of combined diagnosis was 69.80%, which was higher than that of single diagnosis (66.40% and 43.10%). Conclusion NLR and FIB have certain value in the diagnosis of gastric cancer. The combined detection of NLR and FIB can improve the diagnostic efficiency of gastric cancer and contribute to the improvement of the early screening rate of gastric cancer. |
