| 目的 观察生物反馈联合普芦卡必利治疗老年患者慢性功能性便秘的效果。方法 将84例慢性功能性老年便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组, 每组各42例,治疗组予以生物反馈+普芦卡必利联合治疗,对照组单纯予以口服普芦卡必利治疗,连续治疗6周。比较两组患者的临床疗效以及治疗6周后便秘评分、每周完全自发排便(SCBM)次数、复发率和不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率(83.3%)显著高于对照组(61.9%)(p<0.05)。两组患者治疗前便秘评分、SCBM次数均接近,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)；治疗6周后,上述指标均优于治疗前(p<0.05),且治疗组患者明显优于对照组(p<0.05)。治疗组患者复发率(11.9%)显著低于对照组(28.6%)(p<0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论 生物反馈联合普芦卡必利能够有效的治疗老年患者的功能性便秘,复发率低,且安全性较高。 |

| Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of biofeedback combined with prucalopride in the treatment of senile patients with functional constipation. Methods From July 2019 to Dec 2021,a total of 84 senile patients with functional constipation met Rome IV criteria were enrolled in this study．All cases were divided into observation group and control group equally by random number table method. Observation group was given biofeedback therapy. Both of groups were given prucalopride 2mg orally before breakfast for 6 weeks continuously. The clinical efficacy, constipation score,SCBM score, recurrence rate and adverse reactions were compared between 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 83.3%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(61.9％),with statistical significance(P＜0.05). There was no statistical significance for constipation score and SCBM score before treatment between 2 groups(P＞0.05).Those indexes of observation group after 6 weeks of treatment were significantly better than those of control group at the same time,with statistical significance(P＜0.05). The recurrence rate of observation group was (11.9%),which was significantly lower than that of control group(28.6%),with statistical significance(P＜0.05).No significant ADR was observed in 2 groups. Conclusion Biofeedback combined with prucalopride in the treatment of senile patients with functional constipation could be an effective method with low recurrence rate. |
