| 代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝病(MASLD)已发展成全球慢性肝病之一，严重危害人民健康。其发病机制复杂，尚无特效治疗药物。随着近年来的研究不断深入，学者们提出了更多的发病机制及对应的治疗方案。该文主要归纳及总结近年来新研究成果，涉及生活方式、药物治疗、手术治疗等方面的研究进展。 |

| Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) has developed into one of the global chronic liver diseases and is a serious threat to people's health. However, the pathogenesis of MASLD is complex and no specific therapeutic drugs are available. In recent years, more pathogenesis and corresponding treatment options have been proposed as research continues to advance. The article mainly summarizes the new research results in recent years, involving research progress of lifestyle, drug treatment, and surgical treatment. |
