富血小板血浆治疗斑秃疗效和安全性的meta分析

摘要:
【】目的? 系统评价富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP )治疗斑秃(Alopecia Areata,AA)的临床疗效和安全性。方法? 计算机检索中国知网(China national knowledge infrastructure)、万方医学网(WANFANG MED)、维普(China science and technology journal database)、Sinomed、PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane Library和Web of science,检索时间建库起至2023－4月,纳入含有PRP治疗AA的研究。根据Cochrane协作网推荐的偏倚风险评估文献质量,所有统计分析采用Ｒeview Manager 5.4软件。筛选以脱发严重程度评分(Severity of Alopecia Tool score, SALT评分)为结局评价指标的研究。结果? 纳入7项研究。PRP治疗AA后病灶部位的毛发显著改善,SALT评分下降。(SALT评分治疗前后变化SMD=-1.13；95%CI,-2.04～-0.22；??=0.01；PRP与类固醇比较SMD=-0.41；95%CI,-1.22～0.4；??=0.33),没有发现严重的与治疗相关的不良反应。结论? PRP治疗AA是安全有效的。

Abstract:
【】Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of alopecia areata. Methods: Relevant trials from CNKI ,Wanfang Data ,VIP, Sinomed,PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,Web of science were searched until April,2023. The studies containing PRP in the treatment of AA were included. The methodological quality of trials was assessed independently using bias risk according to the Cochrane Collaboration. All data were analyzed using Review Manager 5.4. SALT score was used as the effect index. RESULTS : 7 studies were included. After treatment with PRP for AA, the hair was significantly improved, SALT score decreased.(SALT score before-after? SMD=-1.13；95%CI,-2.04～-0.22；??=0.01；PRP vs triamcinolone acetonide SMD=-0.41；95%CI,-1.22～0.4；??=0.33),No serious treatment-related adverse reactions were found. Conclusion: PRP is safe and effective for the treatment of AA.
