体位性斜头畸形力学治疗的研究进展

摘要:
体位性斜头畸形是婴幼儿头颅形态异常的疾病,其可致生物力线失常。本文基于婴幼儿体位性斜头畸形的应力机制及其远期危害,对婴幼儿头颅力学的有限元分析和各类力学治疗方式进行综述,寻找能够开展精准头颅矫形的依据,为未来拓展头颅矫形治疗技术提供综述基础。

Abstract:
Postural plagiocephaly is a disease of abnormal cranial morphology in infants and young children, which can lead to abnormal biological force lines. Based on the biomechanics mechanism and long-term hazards of postural plagiocephaly, this paper reviewed the finite element analysis of infant cranial mechanics and various mechanical treatment methods, seeking the basis for carrying out the method of cranial orthosis, and providing a review basis for expanding techniques of cranial orthosis treatment in the future.
