| ［摘要］ 血液透析患者普遍存在容量状态紊乱的病理现象。容量状态紊乱是心血管疾病发病率和死亡率较高的主要因素之一。因此，准确评估机体容量状态对血液透析患者至关重要。近年来，超声评估法、生物电阻抗分析和生物标志物等容量评估方法在临床上受到广泛关注，但每种方法都存在局限性。该文对血液透析患者容量评估方法的研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ The pathological phenomenon of disorder of volume status is common in hemodialysis patients and the disorder of volume status is one of the main factors of high morbidity and high mortality of cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, an accurate assessment of body volume status is crucial for the hemodialysis patients. In recent years, volume assessment methods such as ultrasonic evaluation method, bioelectrical impedance analysis and biomarkers have received widespread attention in clinical practice. However, each method has its limitations. In this paper, the research progress of volume assessment methods in hemodialysis patients is reviewed. |
