| 子宫内膜异位症本质是经历反复组织损伤及修复的伤口。纤维化是子宫内膜异位症的主要病理特征,核心是上皮-间质转化、成纤维细胞-肌成纤维细胞、巨噬细胞-肌成纤维细胞转化等细胞-细胞转化衍生的肌成纤维细胞产生的细胞外基质成分的过度沉积,导致永久性瘢痕形成,组织正常结构和功能丧失。本文旨在探讨细胞-细胞转化在EMS纤维化疾病进展中的影响以及调节细胞-细胞转化参与子宫内膜异位症纤维化的相关因素,以期为子宫内膜异位症的发病机制提供研究思路。 |

| Endometriosis can essentially be characterized as a repeated tissue injury and repair (ReTIAR). Fibrosis is the primary pathological feature of endometriosis. The core lies in the excessive deposition of extracellular matrix components produced by myofibroblasts derived from cell-cell transformations such as epithelial-mesenchymal transition, fibroblast-myofibroblast transition, and macrophage-myofibroblast transition fibroblast , which leads to permanent scar formation and loss of normal tissue structure and function. This article aims to explore the influence of cell-cell transition on the disease progression of fibrosis in endometriosis and the factors regulating cell-cell transformation involved in the fibrosis of endometriosis, with the expectation of providing research ideas for the pathogenesis of endometriosis. |
