| ［摘要］ 《欧洲肝脏研究协会（EASL）肝外胆管癌管理临床实践指南》是2025年由涵盖病理学、放射学、肿瘤学及肝胆外科等领域的多学科专家小组，根据系统的循证研究和临床经验整合制订的权威指南。该指南涵盖肝外胆管癌的分类、流行病学、高危人群监测、诊断、治疗及随访等方面，详细阐述了从早期筛查到晚期姑息治疗的全程诊疗方案，为临床医师提供了全面且精准的参考依据。理解并借鉴该指南，将有助于提升我国肝外胆管癌的诊疗水平，为患者提供更高质量的医疗服务。 |

| ［Abstract］ European Association for the Study of the Liver(EASL) Clinical Practice Guidelines on the Management of Extrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma is the authoritative guidelines formulated in 2025 by a multidisciplinary expert group covering pathology, radiology, oncology and hepatobiliary surgery, based on systematic evidence-based research and clinical experience integration. The guidelines cover a wide range of aspects of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, including classification, epidemiology, monitoring of high-risk populations, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up, and elaborate in detail on the full course of diagnosis and treatment regimens from early screening to palliative care in the late stage, providing clinicians with comprehensive and precise reference. Understanding and drawing on the guidelines will help to improve the diagnosis and treatment of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma in China, and thereby providing the patients with higher-quality medical services. |
