摘要:
[摘要] 宫颈癌对女性健康构成严重威胁,早期精准诊疗是改善预后的关键。肿瘤微环境(TME)的高度异质性阻碍了有效治疗策略的开发。单细胞转录组测序(scRNA-seq)技术为解析宫颈癌的细胞异质性提供了强大工具。该文通过梳理近年来scRNA-seq在宫颈癌领域的研究成果,旨在探讨该技术在解析TME异质性、阐明转移机制以及指导治疗研究中的应用潜力。

Advances in the application of single-cell RNA sequencing in cervical cancer

Abstract:
[Abstract] Cervical cancer(CC) poses a serious threat to female health. Early and precise diagnosis and treatment are crucial for improving the prognosis. The high heterogeneity of the tumor microenvironment(TME) hinders the development of effective treatment strategies. Single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq) technology provides a powerful tool for deciphering the cellular heterogeneity of CC. This paper reviews the research achievements of scRNA-seq in the field of CC in recent years, aiming to explore the application potential of this technology in resolving the heterogeneity of TME, elucidating metastatic mechanisms, and guiding the development of therapeutic strategies.
