| ［摘要］ 目的 研究建瓴汤对实验性高脂血症(HLP)大鼠血清载脂蛋白AI(apoA-Ⅰ)、B(apoB)、脂蛋白(A)［LP(A)］的影响。方法 取雄性SD大鼠60只，随机分成正常对照组、模型对照组、建瓴汤组、降脂灵片组及辛伐他汀组5组，每组12只，各组动物给予不同处理、应用免疫浊度法测定apoA-Ⅰ、apoB、LP(A)浓度。结果 建瓴汤能显著降低高脂大鼠血清apoB、LP(A)水平(P<0.05，P<0.01)，显著升高apoA-Ⅰ水平。结论 结果提示建瓴汤通过升高apoA-Ⅰ、降低apoB进一步发挥血脂调节作用，通过降低LP(A)水平降低了心脑动脉粥样硬化(AS)性血管疾病的独立危险因素。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the effects of jianling decoction on apoAI, apoB and Lp(a) in hyperlipidemic rats.Methods Sixty SD rats were randomly divided into five groups: control group, model control group, jianling decoction group, jianzhiling capsule group and Simvastatin group. Each group had 12 rats and were treated differently. The concent of blood apoAI, apoB and Lp(a) were determined.Results Jianling decoction obviously reduced the contents of blood apoB and Lp(a), it raised the contents of blood apoAI.Conclusion Jianling decoction can affect the metabolization of serum lipid through raising apoAI and reduing apoB.It could reduce Lp(a) so that it can prevent atheroselerosis. |
