| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨手足口病患儿血清心肌酶谱及心肌肌钙蛋白1（cTnl）对心肌功能损伤的临床意义。方法 收集南宁地区2008-04～2009-05手足口病（HFMD）患儿83例，用日本生产的Automatic Analyzer HITACHI 7600-120型检测仪检测心肌酶谱（AST、LDH、CK及CK-MB）和美国亚培生产的Abbott AxSYM系统全自动化学发光免疫分析系统检测cTnl。结果 83例HFMD患儿的血清心肌酶谱AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB及cTnl检测结果均明显高于正常对照组（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论 联合检测HFMD患儿血清心肌酶谱（特别是CK-MB）及cTnl在早期诊断HFMD及了解该病的损伤情况有着重要的临床意义。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the clinical significance of serum myocardial enzymogram and troponin 1 for juding the myocardial injury of hand foot mouth disease(HFMD) children.Methods The myocardial enzymogram(AST, LDH, CK and CK-MB) in serum of 83 HFMD children collected in Nanning area from April 2008 to June 2009 were detected by Automatic Analyzer HITACHI 7600 120, and the cardiac troponin 1 (cTnl) in serum of 83 FHMD children were detected by Abbott AxSYM chemilumin-escent immunoassay.Results Compared with healthy volunteers AST, LDH, CK, CK-MB and cTnl in serum of 83 HFMD children increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Combined detection of serum cTnl and myocardial enzymogram especially(CK-MB) have the important clinical meaning for the early diagnosing HFMD and judging myocardial injury. |
