| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨运动员运动性疲劳与自我感觉疲劳及舌象变化的关系。方法 观察125名专业运动员在不同运动强度时运动员舌象的变化及调查运动员自我感觉疲劳情况，运动员填写《自我感觉表》；按训练分期记录观察变化情况，并由固定的主治中医师按中医方法在自然光线下观察舌象并及时填写《舌象登记表》。结果 冬训后出现自我感觉疲劳为96例（76.8%），冬训疲劳后以舌苔薄黄76例（60.8%）为主，其次是舌苔薄白31例（24.8%），黄厚12例（9.6%）；冬训疲劳后舌质以淡红舌68例（54.4%）为主，其次是红舌18例（14.4%）；裂纹11例（8.8%）；齿痕9例（7.2%），胖大6例（4.8%），瘦黄3例（2.4%）。结论 运动员在大运动量训练后，出现疲劳时，舌象会发生规律性的变化，运动疲劳也能自我感觉出来，这对评价运动性疲劳提供了临床依据。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the relationship of sports fatigue of athlete and the change of picture of the tongue.Methods The picture of the tongue and the self-sensation fatigue of 125 special athletes after different exercise intensity were observed, The table of self-sensation was finished by athlete and the table of picture of the tongue was finished by doctor of traditional Chinese medicine.Results In 125 athletes, 96 athletes had self-sensation fatigue(76.8%) after winter exercise, 76 athletes had thin yellow lingual fur picture of the tongue（60.8%）, 31 athletes had thin white lingual fur picture of the tongue（24.8%）, 12 athletes had yellow thick fur picture of the tongue（9.6%）. 68 athletes had light red tongue（54.4%）, 18 athletes had red picture of the tongue（14.4%）, 11 athletes had crack picture of the tongue（8.8%）, 9 athletes had indentation picture of the tongue（7.2%）, 6 athletes had magnum picture of the tongue（4.8%）, 3 athletes had lean yellow picture of the tongue（2.4%）. Conclusion The picture of the tongue will change regulary after exercise fatigue which also can be felt by athletes, which can be used to evaluate the sports fatigue. |
