| ［摘要］ 目的 观察双侧下颌游离缺失应用双侧附着体修复的临床效果。方法 为58例双侧下颌游离缺失的患者对原修复体不满意者用附着体进行修复。结果 经6个月～4年的随访，所有患者均表示附着体义齿在固位稳定咀嚼效果及美观方面均明显优于可摘局部义齿。结论 双侧下颌游离缺失，可摘局部义齿修复不满意，可用双侧附着体义齿。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the effect of the double-side design precision attachment denture in restoration of double extension defect. Methods Fifty-eight patients who dissatisfied with removable partial denture (RPD) were restored with precision attachment.Results The patients were fallowed up for 6 months to 4 yeas, the precision attachment was superior to RPD in retention and stability, masticatory efficiency, comfortable feeling and esthetics effect. Conclusion For double-side extension defect denture with dissatisfied RPD, the precision attachment is a practical method. |
