黄芩苷在抗器官纤维化中的作用

摘要:
[摘要] 黄芩苷(baicalin,C21H18O11),是从唇形科植物黄芩(scutellaria baicalensis georgi)的干燥根中提取的一种黄酮类化合物。黄芩苷是黄芩的主要有效成分,具有多种药理作用,如清热解毒、抑菌抗炎、拮抗钙离子、清除自由基、抗内毒素休克、调节免疫、降压、保肝利胆、抗变态反应和抗脂质过氧化等。近年来,动物实验和临床研究均证实,黄芩苷具有抗纤维化及器官保护作用。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Baicalin(C21H18O11) is a kind of falconoid compound, extracted from dried root of Labiatae skullcap (scutellaria baicalensis georgi). Baicalin is the main active ingredient and has a variety of pharmacological effects, such as heat-clearing and detoxifying, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, antagonizing calcium, clearing free radicals, anti-endotoxin shock, regulating immunity, adjusting blood pressure, protecting liver and cholagogic effect, anti-allergy and anti-lipid peroxidation, and so on. In recent years, animal experiments and clinical studies have confirmed that baicalin has the effects of anti-fibrosis and organ protection.
