| ［摘要］ 目的 总结老年性尖锐湿疣的治疗效果，探讨其临床特点及防治对策。方法 2006-06～2008-06治疗老年尖锐湿疣患者共121例，其中综合治疗组（电凝法、心理干预、提高机体免疫力和局部抵抗力）60例；对照组(单纯电凝法治疗)61例。结果 综合治疗组分别为88.33%、10.00%和8.33%；对照组分别为68.85%、29.51%和26.23%。经统计学处理，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 老年性尖锐湿疣患者具有病程长、伴发疾病复杂、治愈率低、复发率和并发症发生率高以及心理影响大等临床特点。综合治疗可明显提高临床疗效。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To summarize the treatment effect, clinical features and control strategies of the elderly patients with condyloma acuninatum (CA). Methods From June 2006 to June 2008, 121 elderly patients with CA were treated, 60 patients in the integrated therapy group were treated by integrated therapy methods (electrocoagulation treatment method, psychological interventions, improving the body immunity and local resistance); 61 patients in the control group were treated by simple electrocoagulation treatment method. Results The cure rate, recurrence rate and complication rates in integrated therapy group were 88.33%、 10.00% and 8.33% respectively; The cure rate, recurrence rate and complication rates in electrocoagulation treatment group were 68.85%、 29.51% and 26.23% respectively. There were statistically difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion The elderly patients with CA have the clinical features such as long duration, complex concomitant disease, low cure rate, high recurrence rate and the high complication and greater psychological impact, and so on. Comprehensive treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy. |
