| ［摘要］ 目的 观察厄贝沙坦联合阿魏酸钠治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅲ～Ⅳ期的临床疗效。方法 将60例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各30例。对照组给予糖尿病饮食、口服降糖药物或胰岛素控制血糖治疗，并口服厄贝沙坦150～300 mg，1次/d；治疗组在以上治疗的基础上加用阿魏酸钠300 mg/d静脉滴注，2周为1个疗程，休息2 d继续第2个疗程，共2个疗程后测定治疗前后尿微量白蛋白(24 h U-mAlb)、24 h尿蛋白定量(U-Pro)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(SCr)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)。结果 治疗后两组患者24 h U-mAlb、U-Pro、BUN、SCr、TG、TC均下降,但治疗组下降更为明显。结论 厄贝沙坦联合阿魏酸钠对糖尿病肾病Ⅲ～Ⅳ期患者有较好的疗效，是一种临床较为实用的治疗方法，两药联用可增强对肾脏的保护作用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the clinical effect of sodium ferulate combined irbesartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy at stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ.Methods Sixty patients with diabetic nephropathy at stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given diabetic diet, oral hypoglycemic drugs and insulin to control of blood sugar, and reached a good blood sugar levels. The control group was treated with irbesartan 150～300 mg, 1 time/d. On the basis of the above therapy,the treatment group was added sodium ferulate 300 mg/d intravenous infusion, 2 weeks as a course of treatment,the rest time was two days between the two courses of treatment, with a total of 2 courses. Before and after treatment the urine microalbumin (U-mAlb), 24 h urinary protein (U-Pro), serum urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (SCr), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) were measured.Results After treatment the levels of U-mAlb, U-Pro, BUN, SCr, TG and TC in two groups decreased, but those in the treatment group decreased more significantly.Conclusion Irbesartan combined sodium ferulate in the treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy at stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ is a more practical treatment methods, the combination of the two drugs can enhance the protective effect on kidney. |
