| ［摘要］ 目前在体外受精-胚胎移植中精卵共培养作用时间的长短在体外受精-胚胎移植中对卵子受精、胚胎发育质量及临床妊娠结局的影响日益受到关注。适当缩短精卵作用时间，可使优质胚胎率及临床妊娠率增高，获得可喜的临床结局。 |

| ［Abstract］ Now the effect of exposure time of sperm-oocyte coincubation on fertilization, embryonic development quality and pregnancy outcome in vitro fertilization(IVF) has been given more and more attention. Adequate shortened exposure of oocytes to spermatozoa improves in-vitro fertilization outcome ：high quality embryo rates and pregnancy rates is increased, delightful clinic outcome is obtained. |
