| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨绿色通道急救模式在严重多发伤救治中的作用和意义。方法 回顾性分析2006-06～2009-06以绿色通道急救模式救治的120例多发伤病人的效果，并与2003-06～2006-05收治的106例非绿色通道组病人的救治效果进行比较。结果 两组病人在性别、年龄、致伤原因、ISS及伤后至入院时间等指标差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；绿色通道组病死率（4.2%）明显低于对照组病死率（13.2%）（P<0.05）；绿色通道组在急诊室滞留时间、特殊检查时间、出急诊室至手术室时间及入院至手术时间均较对照组明显缩短（P<0.01）。结论 绿色通道急救模式缩短了严重多发伤病人的救治时间，降低了病死率，提高了抢救成功率，是一种值得推广的急救模式。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effects and significance of first-aid fast track in the treatment of severe multiple trauma.Methods A retrospective study was done on 120 trauma patients (fast track group)treated by means of first-aid fast track from June 2006 to June 2009 to observe the effect of first-aid fast track. Another 106 trauma patients treated from June 2003 to May 2006 were used as control group.Results There was no statistical difference in aspects of sex, age, injury mechanism, ISS and pre-hospital time between both groups(P>0.05). The mortality rate in fast track group (4.2%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (13.2%)(P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the time of emergency room care, the time of special examination, the time from the emergency room to the operating room and the time from hospital admission to the beginning of emergency operation were shorter in fast track group(P<0.01).Conclusion First-aid fast track can shorten the time in treatment of severe multiple trauma, decrease the mortality rate, enhance success rate of treatment. Fast track is a first-aid model should be promoted. |
