| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨快速康复外科在结直肠癌根治术中应用的价值。方法 按患者同意原则，将136例结直肠癌患者分成三组分别进行根治性切除术：快速康复外科组50例；腹腔镜手术组21例；开腹组65例，比较三组患者术后恢复情况。结果 平均术后住院时间：快速康复外科组7.0 d，腹腔镜手术组8.5 d，开腹组12.5 d(P<0.05)；术后30 d内并发症发生率：快速康复外科组为10.0%，腹腔镜手术组为14.3%，开腹组为15.2%(P>0.05)。 结论 快速康复外科应用于结直肠癌根治是安全的，与腹腔镜手术、开腹手术相比，患者术后康复快、术后并发症少、住院时间缩短。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the value of fast-track surgery in radical resection for coloretal cancer.Methods One hundred and thirty-six patients with colorectal cancer were involved in the non-randomized, prospective controlled study,and were divided into three groups,group 1 containing 50 consecutive patients underwent fast-track colorectal surgery,group 2 ( 21 patients) laparoscopic surgery,and group 3 (65 patients) conventional care. Then their postoperative rehabilitation were observed and compared.Results Median hospital stay of three groups were 7.0 d,8.5 d, 12.5 d respectively(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in perioperative complications amog three groups(10.0%,14. 3%, 15.2%, P>0.05).Conclusion Fast-track surgery is able to accelerate the rehabilitation of the patients with radical resection for coloretal cancer,compared to laparoscopic surgery and conventional care. |
