| ［摘要］ 目的 观察中医药辨证治疗抗精神病药物引起药源性闭经的中远期疗效。方法 选择服用抗精神病药物导致月经中断达3个月以上的女性精神病患者100例，随机分为两组，分别给予中医药辨证治疗（研究组）与人工周期治疗（对照组），连续观察6个月后评定疗效。结果 两组近期疗效相当(P>0.05)，但研究组远期疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中医药辨证治疗抗精神病药物引起的药源性闭经疗效肯定，与人工周期治疗效果相当，但由于中医药的副作用较少，远期疗效好，故能增强患者服药的依从性，减少疾病的复发，提高患者的生活质量。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the middle and long-term efficacy and side effects of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of antipsychotic drugs(AP)-induced amenorrhea in female schizophrenic patients.Methods One hundred female schizophrenic patients with antipsychotic drugs -induced amenorrhea whose menstruation were interrupted more than 3 months were randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for 6 months and the control group was treated with artificial menstrual cycle therapy.Results There were no significant difference between two groups after 3 months treatment (P>0.05), the efficacy of study group was better than that of the control group after 6-months of treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine has better efficacy and fewer side effects for treating amenorrhea caused by antipsychotic drugs in female patients with schizophrenia. |
