| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨米索前列醇用于绝经后妇女诊刮术中的临床效果。方法 选择绝经后出现阴道流血的98例妇女，随机分为观察组（49例）和对照组（49例），观察组阴道放置米索前列醇，对照组阴道内置灭滴灵。术中观察宫颈软化情况、综合反应程度、手术时间和术中出血量等指标。结果 观察组在宫颈软化情况、综合反应程度方面明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；观察组手术时间和术中出血量与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 绝经后妇女诊刮术前2 h阴道放置米索前列醇，简单易行，效果好，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To discuss the clinical results of using misoprostol in curettage surgery of postmenopausal women.Methods Ninety-eight women whose vaginal is bleeding after menopause were selected and divided them into observation group (n=49 cases) and comparison group (n=49 cases). Misoprostol were put into the vaginal of observation group，and the Metronidazole were put into the vaginal of comparison group. The index of the condition of cervical softening，the general response degree，the surgical time and bleeding volume during the operation and so on were observed.Results The observation group was batter than the comparison group on the cervical softening and general response degree，and the difference had a significance on statistics (P<0.01)；comparing the operative time and blood volume of the observation groups with those of the comparison group，the difference had a significance on statistics (P<0.01).Conclusion It is a simple，effective，safe way to put the misoprostol into postmenopausal women′s vaginal tow hours earlier before the curettage surgery，and it is worthy to be popularized. |
