| ［摘要］ 目的 观察甲基强的松龙联合丙种球蛋白治疗急性脊髓炎的临床疗效。方法 对42例急性脊髓炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组21人；治疗组给予甲基强的松龙联合丙种球蛋白静脉滴注；对照组给予地塞米松静脉滴注联合丙种球蛋白；疗程均为5～7 d。疗程结束后比较两组治疗效果。结果 治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P<0.01），在肌力改善时间、排尿反射恢复时间、活动恢复时间等方面比对照组明显缩短，两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 甲基强的松龙治疗急性脊髓炎安全、快速、有效，加用丙种球蛋白可增加疗效。 |

| Effects of methylprednisolone combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of acute myelitis |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of methylprednisolone combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of acute myelitis.Methods Forty-two cases of acute myelitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 21 cases in each group；treatment group received methylprednisolone and gamma globulin infusion；control group received instavenous dexamethasone and gamma globulin.The course of treatment was 5～7d.At the end of treatment，their treatment effects were compared.Results Total effective rate in the treatment group was higer than that in the control group（P<0.01）；the micturition reflex recovery time，muscle strength improvement time and activity recovery time in the treatment group were shorter compared with the control group （P<0.01）.Conclusion Methylprednisolone in the treatment of acute myelitis is safe,fast and effective.Methylprednisolone combined with gamma globulin can increase efficacy. |
