[摘要] 线粒体在能量的产生和利用过程中起着核心作用,其功能紊乱会导致整个机体能量代谢的稳态被打破。而过氧化物酶增殖物激活受体γ辅助激活因子-1α(PGC-1α)作为一种转录辅助激活因子在调节线粒体能量代谢的过程中起着至关重要的作用。该文就PGC-1α在线粒体能量代谢中的作用以及通过在转基因动物体内过表达、基因敲除以及裸鼠模型的构建,探讨了PGC-1α对于线粒体能量代谢的影响。 |

Abstract: |
[Abstract] Mitochondria plays a central role in energy production and fuel utilization. Disordered mitochondrial function can impact whole-body metabolic homeostasis. As a transcriptional coactivator, peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ coactivator-1α (PGC-1α) is essential for the mitochondria energy metabolism. This review focuses on the role of PGC-1α in mitochondria energy metabolism and the effect on it after dealing with the PGC-1α transgenic mice of overexpression, null and knock-out. |
