| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨刺五加注射液所致不良反应（ADR）的一般规律及其特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 对国内医药期刊报道的228例刺五加注射液致ADR病例进行统计分析。结果 刺五加注射液所致ADR临床表现复杂多样，累及皮肤及附属器、心脑血管、神经、呼吸、消化、血液、免疫等多个器官系统，严重者可导致死亡。结论 在刺五加注射液应用过程中应密切观察临床反应，尽量避免与其他药物配伍应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) induced by Acanthopanax senticosus injection so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use.Methods A statistical analysis was conducted on 228 Acanthopanax senticosus induced ADR cases reported in domestic medical journals.Results Acanthopanax senticosus injection could cause the ADRs of multi-system and multi-organ including the skin and its appendages, cardiovascular system,nervous system, respiratory system,gastrointestinal trace, blood system, immune system, ect, seriously leading to death. Conclusion The clinical responses should be investigated carefully during the usage of Acanthopanax senticosus injection, and the combination with other drugs should be avoided to the greatest extend. |
