| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨电复律治疗快速性心律失常患者的疗效和安全性。方法 对住院期间发生的43例快速性心律失常患者应用电复律治疗。结果 43例快速性心律失常患者电复律后恢复为窦律41例，成功率为95.3%，2例合并心源性休克死亡，其它并发症少。结论 电复律治疗快速性心律失常疗效好、安全性大，适应证选择恰当可提高复律的成功率。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safeness of patients with tachyarrhythmia treated by electrical cardioversion.Methods Forty-three patients with tachyarrhythmia were treated by electrical cardioversion.Results After cardioversion,sinus rhythm was restored in 41 patients. The success rate of cardioversion was 95.3%.Two patients died from carcinogenic shock.Less complications were found in other patients.Conclusion The electrical cardioversion in the treatment of patients with tachyarrhythmia has good curative effectiveness and safety. It is thought that as long as proper indications are chosen, the success rate of cardioversion can be increased. |
