| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨放血疗法治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法 对45例急性痛风性关节炎患者，根据病变部位选择2～5放血点进行放血疗法治疗，1周1次，共治疗3次。结果 治愈26例（57.8%），好转18例（40.0%），无效1例（2.2%），总有效率为97.8%。结论 放血疗法治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of bloodletting therapy in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods Forty-five patients with acute gouty arthritis were treated by bloodletting therapy. According to the lesion site the bloodletting points were selected optional 2～5 points, once a week. The total number was three times.Results The total effective rate was 97.8%, cure rate 57.8%,improvement rate 40%, invalid rate 2.2%.Conclusion The threapeutis effect of acute bloodletting therapy in the treatment of pafieats with gouty arthritis is significant and worthy of clinical application. |
