| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨人文关怀护理在普外手术患者中的应用效果。方法 将328例患者随机分为对照组和观察组各164例。对照组患者给予常规治疗和护理，观察组患者在常规治疗和护理的基础上实施人文关怀护理。两组患者均于入院时或出院时接受满意度调查和采用Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）测量焦虑程度。结果 观察组患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组；观察组的SAS分值低于对照组。结论 人文关怀护理可促进疾病的康复，提高护理服务质量和患者对护理工作的满意度。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the effects of humane care nursing in the patients receiving general surgical operation.Methods Three hundred and twenty-eight patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group were treated with conventional treatment and care. The observation group were treated with the conventional treatment and care based on the implementation of the humane care nursing. All patients at admission or discharge, received satisfaction surveys and measurement of anxiety by means of Zung self-rating anxiety scale (SAS).Results The nursing work satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group; The SAS scores in observation group was less than that in the control group.Conclusion Humane care nursing can promote the rehabilitation of disease, improve care nursing quality and patient satisfaction with nursing work. |
