| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨阴道超声介入治疗输卵管妊娠的适应证及治疗效果。方法 阴道超声引导下，以COOK穿刺针抽吸输卵管内妊娠物，并注入氨甲蝶呤50 mg/kg，监测血HCG-β值及附件区包块变化情况。结果 22例输卵管妊娠患者经此治疗成功21例，失败1例。结论 阴道超声介入治疗输卵管妊娠是一种有效治疗方法，扩大了输卵管妊娠保守治疗的适应证，保留了女性的生育功能。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the indication and treatment effect of the transvafinal ultrasound interventional therapy in the treatment of fallopian tube pregnancy.Methods By means of the transvaginal ultrasound,pregnant substance in fallopian tube were aspirated by COOK puncture needle and 50 mg/kg methotrexate was injected. Them blood HCG-β was monitored as well as the change condition of mass in the attachment area was observed.Results Successful treatment was seen in 21 of 22 patients except one.Conclusion The trans vaginal ultrasound interventional therapy in the treatment of fallopian tube pregnancy is effective, which enlarges the indication of fallopian tube pregnancy conservative therapy and protect the fertility of female. |
